To ensure the smooth running of our dental surgery and to make sure we are available to all of our patients in the most efficient manner possible, we operate the following policy in relation to changed, cancelled or missed appointments:
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice excluding bank holidays and weekends for all cancellations or changes so that we are able to offer that slot to another patient.
As with most other surgeries, we may have to apply a late cancellation or missed appointment charge of £1 per minute of booked appointment as discussed with the dentist. This is to cover our staff and overhead costs.
If your appointment is under the membership plan, you will forfeit that appointment under your current plan.
