I worked in general dental practice for eight years, qualifying as a Dental Nurse in 1988, I realised I wanted to further my career in dentistry and I attended night school to gain my further qualifications. My training took place with the Royal Air Force at Halton & I reached my goal of the Diploma in Dental Hygiene in 1995. Quirky: During my training as an Open Water Scuba Diver, I chose to dive with sharks as my specialist dive!
